There's a wealth of old time detail here. Notice that the boxcar at the far left and the one in front of the Federal elevator have been "coopered" to allow grain loading. Of particular note are the tank cars at the far right. These look like the standard for the time 8,000 and 10,000 gallon cars that delivered bulk fuel oil and gasoline to local distributors. The building behind the right-most tank car looks like the local lumber/fuel dealer. This dates the photo to the '50's maybe early '60's before road-haul took the fuel business away from the railways.
