There is an old wooden grain elevator and annex in Prongua, Saskatchewan. This elevator was built in 1917 by the National Grain Elevator Company. Later the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool acquired it and operated it until it closed in 1973. Today it is owned by Nelson Farms.
