These two Lawrence Stuckey photos from February 1979 show three grain elevators and a fertilizer elevator in Miniota, Manitoba. The two Manitoba Pool elevators “A” and “B” are in line with an Elephant fertilizer elevator visible some distance away.

According to the Manitoba Historical Society, the older elevator below was closed two months after this photo and sold to a group of local farmers.

The Canadian Pacific railway line at this time was the CPR Miniota subdivision. It was removed within a few years of these photos.
