The town of Ridgeville, Manitoba had two grain elevators for much of the 20th century. Paterson built the second elevator in 1947, and operated both until the railway line (the CN Ridgeville subdivision) was abandoned in 1981.
The newer elevator sat dormant for years, and was destroyed by fire in 2010 after being refurbished.
