The town of Milk River, Alberta has three grain elevators – two ex Parrish and Heimbecker elevators and an ex Alberta Wheat Pool / Agricore elevator.
In March 2019, work began to dismantle all three elevators.
The Parrish and Heimbecker elevators no longer handle grain, but the office still has a staff serving the area and there are chemical sheds on site in use.
The Alberta Wheat Pool elevator was built in 1970 and closed in 2001 and later sold to a local farmer.
