There is a newly built property just north of the grain elevator, featuring a seed cleaning plant, bagging facility and container loading area. It has a dual spur rail load-out capable of loading box cars and hopper cars simultaneously.  It is located on the Stewart Southern Railway line northwest of the Town of Sedley in the R.M. of Francis No. 127 along highway No. 33.  The property is owned and operated by Victoria Pulse Ltd.
