The grain elevator in Andrew, Alberta is a former Alberta Pacific Grain elevator, which became an Alberta Wheat Pool elevator before its retirement.
The elevator itself was built in 1928. It has two attached annexes that were attached in 1985 – one was moved from Mundare and the other was new.
The elevator is now the Andrew Grain Elevator Interpretive Centre. The elevator was slated for demolition in 1999, but through the efforts of local residents, it was purchased in 2002 and has become an interpretive centre.
At one time there were six grain elevators in Andrew:
- Alberta Pacific Grain
- Bawlf Grain
- Home Grain
- Brooks Grain
- United Grain Growers
- Alberta Wheat Pool
