There is a wooden “grain elevator” in Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia. This structure, built in 1957 by the Co-Op, was a feed mill constructed using the post and beam method. It is 70 feet high and has a full concrete basement.
Currently the facility hosts several craft stores and eateries.
