Lestock, Saskatchewan is on highway 15 between Melville and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Today there are no grain elevators in Lestock, but there were two in June 1981.
The closer elevator was a Cargill grain elevator with two balloon annexes. The farther elevator appears to have been a Saskatchewan Wheat Pool elevator with its own balloon annex. This image shows a CN train passing the Pool elevator.
The low building in the foreground, on the right of the image, was likely for fertilizer storage and similar items.
